You might be wondering what the difference is between COACHING with Midge and COUNSELING with Midge. Both coaching and counseling aim to facilitate personal growth. 

However, a key difference is that coaching is primarily about setting goals and taking action in the present to achieve future goals. 

Counselling, on the other hand, looks more closely at past experiences and emotions to address underlying issues and promote healing. This often requires a more in-depth exploration of personal history and trauma.
